Peace of mind…As Your order is always shipped to you with full insurance. Please check for any damage or tampering of your FEDEX or UPS package before receiving or signing for receipt. Please report the same to the driver as well as Blue Diamond at customerservice@bluediamondjewelry.us

Order Processing and Arrival

• If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
• If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
• Most items are readily available for delivery. However, some items may be on a back order or require special handling.

Yes, Blue Diamond will gladly ship to an alternate address provided. However, as for security and to protect our customers against fraud, we shall confirm that the alternate address matches with your credit card or financing company on their file. We request that you may provide this information by calling your credit card or bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

All carat weight and prices are for semi mounts only. Center stones can be purchased online on our site and we can set them on your desired ring.
